Heritage Home Renovation

Built in 1906, our focus while renovating this 2518 square-foot, three-storey Victorian home was to contemporize the interior while maintaining its historical character. Therefore, understanding and

adhering to the mandated local heritage bylaws on this project was paramount.

The third floor ensuite bathroom was remodeled to allow for the installation of a stand-up enclosed glass shower. In the second floor bathroom, a new tub, vanity and toilet were installed. A new half bathroom was added to the main floor, which included the installation of a vanity and toilet.

The kitchen was renovated by installing a backsplash, new countertops, appliances and cork flooring. In the living area the fireplace was updated by retiling and painting it.

Throughout the home, engineered hardwood flooring and new light fixtures were installed and the interior was painted.

Outdoors, a new fence was built and installed.
