Modular Home Kitchen Renovation

This modular home kitchen renovation involved a complete remodel of an existing kitchen, with the goal of improving functionality, increasing natural light, and creating a more open connection to the surrounding living space. The project focused on modernizing the kitchen while working within the existing structure of the modular home.

The renovation included new cabinetry, countertops, and updated fixtures, along with the installation of a large dual-sided waterfall island to increase workspace and storage. A wall between the kitchen and living area was removed to create a more open and cohesive layout, improving sightlines and overall flow throughout the home.

To enhance natural light and add character to the space, an oval window was installed above the sink. The updated kitchen design features white countertops and upper cabinetry paired with ash wood base cabinets, creating a balanced combination of warmth and clean, modern finishes. The hood fan surround and backsplash were also updated to complete the space and establish clear focal points.

As with many modular home renovations, careful planning was required to ensure new finishes integrated cleanly with the existing construction. Finish carpentry details and material transitions were completed with precision to ensure a polished and well-finished result.

The images below highlight the completed modular home kitchen renovation, along with selected before photos that provide context for the transformation. This project reflects modular home renovation work completed in West Kelowna and the surrounding Okanagan region.
