Modular Home Bathroom Renovation
This modular home bathroom renovation involved a complete update to an existing bathroom, with the goal of improving functionality, increasing natural light, and creating a clean, modern finish that aligned with the rest of the home’s interior updates. The renovation was completed within the existing footprint of the modular home, requiring careful planning and precise execution.
To enhance brightness while maintaining privacy, a large oval frosted window was installed, allowing natural light to flow into the space. The existing bathtub and tile were removed and replaced with a tall glass-enclosed shower finished with white ceramic tile, creating a more open and spacious feel. Waterproofing, tile installation, and fixture placement were completed with durability and long-term performance in mind.
The bathroom was further updated with a new minimalist vanity in a soft seafoam green tone, replacing outdated cabinetry and contributing to a lighter, more contemporary aesthetic. New hardware, lighting, and engineered hardwood flooring were installed to complete the space and ensure consistency with the finishes used throughout the rest of the home.
As with many modular home renovations, careful attention was given to material transitions, alignment, and finish carpentry details to ensure the new elements integrated cleanly with the existing construction. The result is a brighter, more functional bathroom that feels cohesive, well-finished, and intentional.
